Managed vendor partnerships including venue, catering, bar service, live entertainment, and photography. Designed all promotional and event materials, including email campaigns, programs, and signage. Served as primary day-of contact for vendors, overseeing setup and breakdown. Achieved record-breaking attendance (330+ guests) and received widespread praise from faculty and staff, with many calling it the best holiday party in department history.
